Fundraising Gala Tickets Are On Sale Now!
Fundraising Gala Tickets:
$125, per person: Early bird tickets are $125 during the month of December ONLY
$150, per person: Regular ticket sales will begin January 1, 2025
The ticket price includes wine, appetizers, full-seated dinner, DJ and dancing.
Note: The price of the ticket covers our event expenses and is not a donation to the Koi Pond Fund.
Group Name and Table Assignments:
If you wish to be seated with specific people, please note it in the “Group Name” field. The gala team will do their best to accommodate everyone’s requests.
Attire:
Semi-formal. The Gala team suggests red, black or gold colors.
Sponsor a Teacher:
We are aiming to provide a ticket for every teacher who wishes to attend our event. Make a teacher’s day!
Terms and Conditions:
Ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Ticket sales will end on January 27, 2025. Tickets will not be sold at the door. The event will include wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Cocktails and beer will be sold at the bar.
About Our Event
The Evening’s Agenda:
6pm: Arrivals and wine reception
7pm: Seated dinner and Live Auction
8pm: Games, mingling, DJ and dancing
10pm: Event end.
Theme: This year, the Fundraising Gala’s theme will be “Roses & Reds.”
Dinner and Seating: Your event ticket will include a full-seated dinner. Dinner choices will be available during the registration process.
Venue: The Fundraising Gala will take place in the ballroom of the Domenico Winery, a beautiful urban winery in San Carlos.
Parking: Parking is free.
Photo Release Policy: By participating in the Fundraising Gala on February 7, 2025 and purchasing a ticket, you voluntarily give permission to Design Tech High School to publish images and videos taken at the event and all of d.tech’s social media platforms.

What is d.tech’s Fundraising Gala?
The Fundraising Gala is one of our school’s biggest fundraiser of the school year. It is a night for our community to come together to raise money for our school. It will include a wine reception, seated dinner, professional auctioneer, a live auction with exclusive packages, games, and a DJ.
What is the Live Auction about?
The Live Auction will include exclusive packages available only to Fundraising Gala attendees. It will also include a Fund A Need appeal.
When will tickets be available for purchase?
Ticket sales will begin on December 9
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets will only be sold online, through January 27.
Can I volunteer at the event?
Yes! A volunteer sign-up sheet will be available in December.
I can’t attend the Gala, but I would like to make a Fund A Need donation. What is the best way to do that?
Our Online Auction will take place February 2-10, 2025. In addition to many exciting items and packages the auction will include an opportunity to make a Fund A Need donation.
